I mentioned in this thread that rather than having issues disabling BT Web Protect, I cannot get it to turn back on.
Is anyone else having this issue or any suggestions for kicking it into life?
I turned off web protect to troubleshoot a work VPN problem back in December and since the latest hub firmware update (12th December - v0.41.01.10137-BT), it will not switch on either from the MyBT app or web interface.
I get the usual "available in 2 hours" message and then, nothing. A power down hasn't helped either, the hub has been rebooted several times for various reasons over the last month.
Won't turn on...
