Hi,
I keep being logged off (dropped) from my connection to BT Wi-Fi hotspots.
I checked, but it is not due to a distance from source, low signal, position, etc. issue.
Even when I am receiving a very high signal with a vey good connection, I am being dropped off.
Is there an automatic "kick out" (log off) function of BT Wi-Fi that may be causing this?
For example, does BT Wi-Fi hotspots close a connection (end a session, etc) after certain minutes of inactivity?
For example, when I am reading an article on webpage, which may be a few pages and takes some minutes to finish, after my reading finishes and when I try to follow a link, navigate to anther webpage, (DESPITE I AM RECEIVING A VERY GOOD, STEADY and HIGH SIGNAL) I realise that my BT Wi-Fi connection is lost, closed, cut, etc. and I need to login again.
This is very frutrating.
Is there an option to keep connection to BT Wi-Fi hotspots alive?
Thank you for your help.

You will be automatically logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity. If I remember correctly you will also need to log on again every two hours.

There is no option to keep you logged on after 15 mins of inactivity.
