BT Wi-Fi - can't enable
I have BT broadband which is supposed to include BT Wi-Fi. Checking my Home Hub it is not shown as "active" but when I look at my account it offers to allow me to Opt Out (suggesting my account is opted in). If I try to opt out I get a "Something's Wrong message and nothing changes.
Can someone give a helping hand to fix this so that BT Wi-Fi is enabled for me.
