Moving to a new property - Thinking of activating Hybrid Connect

Go to solution

I'm just looking for info about how the hybrid connect works for short terms.

I'm going to move into a new build property in the next 2 weeks and need to be sure I have a working connection for work purpose.

I was thinking to activate the hybrid connect offer just until the landline is properly installed and working. Is this something feasable? Should I order it alongside the contract for the landline or separately just to keep it simply the deactivation?

Any experience from someone who have done the same maybe?

if you are moving to a new build then they are normally already fitted with openreach fibre and have the ONT (modem) installed. it looks like this

If you decide to use BT fibre and want the ability to use a home phone then it will be digital voice and provided using the BT SH2.  it would be VOIP
