Anyone know when BT will fix the app issue? Been unable to access Your Products for 2 weeks! If I don't use app it's ok. Obviously I've tried re installing but makes no difference. Just a message from BT saying they're working on it!

@Clarkatron I get same message on the app . I thought it was just mine. Typical BT take an age to get anything done.

Same here, I’ve phoned BT a few times to try and sort out / complain as well but no joy.
Very annoying, before upgrade, it all worked fine on the app.
