BT app

Hi,

I can’t seem to get on to the BT App, I’m quite new to their service. I have signed in about a hundred times and verified with the numbers received through text but can’t get on to the ‘my BT’ link on the ‘more’ button. Is it just me?

thanks

Re: BT app

Hi

@Johntknight

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting access to your BT App.

Do you have the same issue when you try to log into your account via a web page?

I'd recommend uninstalling, then reinstalling your app, just to make sure that you have the latest version installed on your device.

Re: BT app

Since updating the app so it can support IOS 27 it hardly works at all on IOS26 or Android, cannot run Speedtest at all on either to verify that BT is not delivering the guaranteed speed to the HUB.

Re: BT app

As I’ve mentioned in another thread, BT haven’t seemingly updated the Apple Store BT  Mail App for over six months. It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if that is where the problem lies.

Apple are extremely robust with the security of Apps. If developers don’t keep on top of changes introduced over several security fixes, it’s perfectly possible that this could lead to issues, this is one of the reasons why other developers are constantly updating their Apps.

Re: BT app

Thanks for your reply.

According  to APP store on apple it was an Essential update 2 days ago, the play store doesn’t say yet. I deleted and reinstalled on Android still the same results..  very little if any testing I would say.
