BT virus protect app

I have download the norton bt virus protect (used to have the mcfee) onto android phone (version 11). I cannot log in to activate it. Just get blank screen when I try with my bt login & nothing happens. My BT says that I have it on 2 devices (my laptop also) on one screen but then doesn't show it on another screen - presumably because it is not activated yet. Can you help?

Hi @chris1231,  welcome back, and thanks for posting. 

As you've already got Norton installed on 2 devices it could be that's all you get with your current broadband package. Please log in to your BTID and check the 'Your Security' section and see if you only have 2 licenses or 15?
