BT wifi is included in my product,
but When I try to set it up on the website, it always shows below message.
"Sorry something's gone wrong
There's been a problem while processing your request.
We have registered this problem and will be looking into it shortly."
how can I solve this issue?

try logging in to EE Wifi with your BTID and password - EEWIFI superseded BTWIFI
