Bt app can't log in but bt website can

Hi,

Hope i can get a answer  here, ive been trying  to log in to the bt app but just before it asks me to input  an app pin ti throws this table where it says Go to the web profile and finish setting up you account,  i hit the button and **bleep** takes me to the web oage but there isnt anything to indicate that my accout hasn't  been completed,  i can see everything  in my web profile bills brodband plan everything,  but cant seem to login into the app
