I cannot get into my bt app on android. I have changed the password a few times. It comes up 'sorry. Something went wrong. Please close the app and try again later.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi, @Juliec123 I'm sorry you're getting an error when trying to log in to the app. Do the same BT ID login details work on the MyBT website?

Again an error message comes up
