When trying to connect to the bt Wi-Fi app. It’s say please go to bt.com and agree to be a member of the bt Wi-Fi community. Now I am a member but cannot connect still? Does anyone know why this is still saying this?

are you are BT Retail broadband customer? if so you should be able to login to BTWIFI using your BTID and password
Make sure your BTID user name is an email address.
