Not so much a question as my experience in switching a business analog line to Cloud Voice Express, in the hope my experience will help others.
To start with the marketing blurb of Halo confused me what I was installing when checking online help.
I did not realise that installing the Cloud Voice app would cause my mobile to ring in synchronisation with the landline. I wondered what on earth was going on when I was remote on customer site. Once I did realise I gave the app to our administrator back in the office and set voicemail to email me remotely.
Initially we found as we tried out new features it took several attempts before being reliable. For example when answering a landline call on mobile we could hear the caller but they could not hear us. After a few attempts it suddenly started working.
