Can I get a list of changes made to my Parental Controls over the last few years? It won't be many.

Is it possible to obtain a list of changes made to parental controls? Say, over the last few years?  (I know sometime changes are emailed to you if they are switched off or on but not all changes are). 

I have tried, unsuccessfully to search this answer or start a web chat with BT or be able to speak to someone on the phone.

I cannot see any reason BT would store this information on all the hubs in circulation and take up valuable storage space as this is something personal to account holder
