I've been unable to log into the MyBt app on android from day one, when I put in my email and password the screen refreshes and my email and password disappears, it does this over and over. I've deleted and redownloaded it several times with no luck.
I've tried starting from scratch again but it just tells me my username is already taken.
Any help would be appreciated?

Hi @Ugatz, sorry you're having trouble setting up the app.
Have you tried accessing your MyBT on another device or via the web to ensure it's working ok? If not try that first.

I can log in via the web.
If I purposely put in the wrong password on the app it tells me straight away and if I enable 2 step log in I go through the motions but it just can't get past the log in screen whatever I do
Hi @Ugatz, thanks for checking that and confirming the log in works ok on the web.
The device needs Android 6.0 or above so as long as the device supports this it should work OK. Check the device to be sure it is Android 6.0 at least and if that's OK then give us a call on 0800 800 150 and customer services will help you further.
