I am using BT Cloud on an iPhone XS
Whilst it will let me look at photos and also upload photos it will not let me look at anything else. If I try to look at anything else the app just freezes and the only option is to close it completely. (It won’t even let me select files or music).
I am using the latest version of BT Cloud as far as I’m aware and also on the latest version of Apple software. Having a back up that you can’t actually access seems a little bit pointless… Can anyone help please?
