I've been trying for some time to claim my 12 months free game pass ultimate. Doing it via the products page on the website, tells me there is an issue and gives me a number to call. The number is just a generic support number. When I contacted them, I asked for a call back which I never received.
Has anyone had any similar issues/been actually able to claim it?

there are numerous post like yours if you had used the search facility. if you are outwith the 14 day cooling off period since activation then try contacting billing https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
