With the upcoming closure of the cloud I'm desperately trying to download my photos from the' but can't. I've downloaded the desktop app onto my pc but when I log in I can't see any of the photos I've uploaded on my phone. If I access it though my browser I can see the pictures but if I click select all it only selects 60 at a time which is horrendous! I have found I can scroll and select multiples of 60 but this is laborious. I did this and selected 1800 photos, clicked download and waited...it downloaded and downloaded and then before it finished the session expired and signed me out. I signed back in but it wouldn't resume the downloads. I managed to select the entire folder and pressed the download but that appeared initially to do nothing. It later looked like it was downloading but then the session expired again. I have read and tried everything I can find online but the most useful suggestion seems to be to change the expiry in the admin appalled panel, but I can't find that on the browser or app. Help please as I don't want to lose my photos.

this is our data and we’re entitled to retrieve it, yet the imminent closure of the BT cloud is preventing us doing it. This is bad form from BT!
