I can’t login on Apple TV or my iPhone to the BT TV app. Constantly tells me my details are incorrect then locks me out. The account ID and password are fine as I can login to My BT with the same details now problem. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the apps. Going round in circles! I can access everything on the BTTV box fine. Help !
