Since the app updated each time I try log in this is what I get I’m now struggling to get on the website to pay my bill

Try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.
You can also logon to your MyBT without using the app by using a web browser if you need to pay your bill.

Yet again I can't access my bt
Also can't access EE or bt WiFi hotspots
Get the emails every 3 months to view my bill, never can see it
I've not changed anything my end
Just ridiculous
