Cancel netflix

How do i cancel my netflix? Netflix say I have to cancel via BT. BT say I have to cancel via netflix. I can't seem to cancel via either

Are you paying for Netflix through your BT account? Does your Netflix account subscription page show it's being managed by BT? 
You should be able to cancel your Netflix subscription by going to MyBT online account > Your Products > TV and Sport
