Cannot connect to btwifi

So I select btwifi from network list, which when I open my browser gives me the btwifi login page. When I enter my username and password and hit the button marked login all that happens is the page doesn't even reload all that happens is resets the page for me to start again. There is no error message nothing, I'm using windows xp on an old laptop which should not be a problem. I have no problems with my tablet and phone so please any help would be great.

Given that it works on your tablet and phone, (which will be more up-to-date than Windows XP) this would rule out any issues at BT's end or with your login credentials.

So my first thought would be, that your web browser could potentially be the issue. Do you know which web browser you use? (Chrome, Firefox, Opera etc) And have you tried another one?
