Hi, so on Wednesday, my wifi is with virgin media but they were fixing their signals in my area on that day, so I had no wifi and no signals. There was only bt wifi appeared on my phone so I decided to buy the 1 day wifi package which was £7.99. Didn’t pay attention to my bank statement until today, I was charged twice for it. Is it possible to get a refund for this? Thanks
