Claiming virtual reward


I have had texts and email links to say I can claim the reward, however when I click on the link nothing appears in my profile.

I can click claim reward but there is no other link after that. 
Can someone please point me in the right direction of how to claim my reward card?

Byond frustrating then BT send out these literally pointless links that lead nowhere. 

Grab a copy of War and peace..   tell your friends you will be gone a few days then ring BT

You need to be out of your 14 day cooling off period before you can claim.

That's my point..

Part of my welcoming email confirming price etc was the pointless " claim your reward " link.

Followed by numerous texts reminding me to claim. 

These enticing links that lead nowhere create a air of panic to the less seasoned that they're going to miss out on getting there reward. 

When in reality you've got no chance till at least the end of your cooling off period. 

For a communication  company BT ain't that good at it.
