I'm trying to access my cloud account which was created well before the Oct 22 cut off but I get the message "BT Cloud is no longer available. Error MBB3-06".
I have a current BT broadband account and upgraded to full fibre Halo a few months ago and it seems to have happened since then, though that may be a coincidence. I have files stored on my Cloud that I cannot access at the moment.
Has anyone else come across this message and problem? I have never had a problem accessing my Cloud before.
