Downloading from BT Cloud

Now that BT Cloud is closing, I want to download  photos backed up from my phone album by album.  This is proving very difficult.  Half the time when I log in, BT Cloud is unable to load my photos at at all; sometimes  after a while I get a message saying, "We have some technical problems. Please try again later".  At other times, about half the albums I try to download fail with a message like,
"This site can’t be reached. The web page at https://btcloud.bt.com/dv/api/user/fb................................./operations/zip might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE"

I have tried using a different browser, as my usual one (Brave) does upset some sites, but this does not help.

Can the moderators please push this  issueback to BT, as this is unbelievably clunky.

Many thanks.
Anthony

Re: Downloading from BT Cloud

Thank you, but that was simply the standard instruction issued when the closure was announced.  It doesn't address the problems I am now experiencing.  Fortunately, all my BT Cloud folders are reproduced on my desktop PC; the problem is that all the 500+ phone photos appear in one folder and not in the albums they were assigned to in the Cloud!
