How can I stop Bt cloud coming up with 'session expired' when downloading large files to my portable hard drive?

Welcome to the community.
I know that would be frustrating when you want to make sure that the information is downloaded before the end of the month.
Can you try to delete the BT Cloud desktop app and install it again to make sure it is on the latest version, then try again to see if the same thing happens?

Can I just check, are you using the desktop App to download this or the web browser?
I see you mentioned the desktop app, but you're now using the web and a zipped file to download?
Are you able to provide me a screenshot of the package download, and if you have it saves a screenshot of the error?
