I have recently received an EE Mini Hub as a temporary measure to gain access to the internet as there is a delay with getting my Broadband connected.
Can anybody advise how to remove the parental controls? I have looked this up but the previous advice now seems to be outdated and refers to BT Halo, which is not listed in 'My Products'. As my order is still pending, the only 'live' product is TNT Sports.
Any solution would be appreciated, thanks
