Error Message MBBB-03 - Logging into BT Cloud

Hello, I keep receiving the error code MBBB-03 when I try to log into BT Cloud. I can see messages online about BT Cloud not being available any more and wondered if regrettably that is reason for the message?

Good Morning,

Had this myself a couple of weeks ago. Was trying to sign in on my wife's profile iMac. I was using her e/mail address, which I am sure used to work. Now can only get into her account with my e/m address. (Account holder.)

Have taken all cloud off, and re installed latest version, and now lose all backing up when not logged in. Cloud app icon does not appear till you resign in. Now with BT tech Dept.
