Recently upgraded my Broadband from 40 Mb fibre to the cabinet to full fibre 500 Mbps.
The sales lady told me that I would get 10 Norton AV licences as part of the upgrade.
Very disppointed - actually it remained at 2!
Tech support said that the sales lady got it wrong and the only way to get more AV licences was to upgrade to Halo. - NOT Very happy.
BT marketing stresses how many devices the new 500 Mbps service can feed. But negelects to say that you still only get protection for 2 of them! Come on this is rediculous.
