Fibre game pass add on

Hello, I have recently had an email saying I am eligible for Xbox game pass after having upgraded to full fibre. However I have no option on my account to add it on. I have researched the issue and looks as if deleting old accounts worked for others. I also have 2 bt accounts linked on the same email address. Is someone able to delete the old account? Thanks

if you searched the forum then you would see that you can contact billing for help
