Hello, I have recently had an email saying I am eligible for Xbox game pass after having upgraded to full fibre. However I have no option on my account to add it on. I have researched the issue and looks as if deleting old accounts worked for others. I also have 2 bt accounts linked on the same email address. Is someone able to delete the old account? Thanks
