Hi all, due to poor connect issues I've had to reset our Xbox.
Speed issues now resolved. Touch wood.
On reconnecting ,the Xbox account doesn't show our game pass which is through BT content partners.
Does anyone know how to reconnect the service.

This should be as simple as logging out and logging back in - using the same account that you've previously used. All using the BT Xbox offer does is change how the bill is paid!
That's what I'd hoped.
But it appears the last record of our gamepass is Feb 2024 and not Feb 2025.
Feb 2025 is activated on our BT account but not Xbox.
I was on the phone to Microsoft but got cut off, it was near closing time 8pm so I'll try again tomorrow.

Thanks for coming to the community.
@Crimliar is right in saying that BT access just lets Xbox know that it is through us. If it is showing on your BT account but not on the Xbox account, Microsoft will be the best people to speak to.

I've spoken twice to Microsoft. They're arrogantly adamant it's a BT issue.
Just finished on the phone to BT again. Now phoning Microsoft.

It is definitely something Microsoft would need to look at, as if the Game Pass is showing on your BT account, we've done our part, we have no control over the Xbox account.

Have you tried the chat on the Xbox support page @October?
If that doesn't help, all I can suggest would be to try again tomorrow.

I've just finished with the 3rd online assistant.
Who said its sorted.
Then I get an email confirming a charge to my account for xbox gamepass.
A quick few words and I now have a refund
Absolutely unbelievable
I'm giving up. Its an absolute joke.
