Hi..just getting full fibre fitted on Tues 27th June 2023…downloaded BT app signed in..everything working fine.
Downloaded the BT wi fi app…tried signing in with same details..but keeps saying doesn’t recognise it..gives me link back to BT log in details.
Tried everything including the online text help (🫣)….what am doing wrong..would love some advice.

Just guessing that as your service hasn't been activated yet you're rather restricted. Once activated I'd imagine that you'll be able to use BT Wifi but not until then.
Seems logical to me but as I said it's only a guess.
Hi..thanks for reply..I did look up the T&Cs & you can get immediate access to BT wi fi when you sign up for a contract…or so they say..?
Hi @nduguid, you should be able to use the wifi app once your order is in place. Try uninstalling the wifi app and installing it again to see if that resolves the issue.
