Game pass cancelled
Just had an email from bt saying:
We've stopped your monthly subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. This is because you no longer have broadband with us.
But I have broadband with you till November this year according to my account. What’s going on?
Also after checking with Microsoft Account it’s still showing my Game Pass is purchased from EE/BT
is this an email being sent in error?

Finally got through on the phone. This seems to be a bug on BT’s side and they’re trying to fix it. The rep I spoke to had to go through to another department and talk to them about getting it added back on to my account.
Apparently it was caused by them upgrading the system (more like a downgrade lol). After you talk to them they’ll send you a redemption code for the month manually. They’re saying it won’t be needed next month and will go back to auto
