I am unable to manage my ultimate Xbox subscription back under Microsoft after not renewing following a 12 month free offer for signing with BT. It is due to run out and although I have a cancellation confirmation from BT Microsoft still says it’s managed by BT/EE.
i have called BT twice and no one knows how to help though the forums are full of issues.
I have same issue if someone could help,please? Cancelled but BT still hold gamepass account.

@Georgelad did the helpdesk say they would refer this to the Xbox team for you? If they did, it can take 5 working days for the Xbox team to pick it up.
