I'd just like to ask how to switch from McAfee to Norton for BT Virus Protect, after March 2022?
BT Virus Protect is still part of my subscription, so how to I access it?
Unfortunately this will not fix the problem in this case. I do not have the option to active under manage.
I need to be able to activate the Norton in the first place.
It should just be a matter of following these instructions
If that doesn't work then uninstall the failed Norton installation and make sure you uninstalled McAfee properly (you may need to download the MCPR tool from the McAfee website) then restart your machine and try again from scratch
