Installing Norton Antivirus

I recently came back to BT and am trying to install Norton AntiVirus from MyBT but Nortons web returns an error that my username exists.  I have requested all my data be deleted but i still get the error.

@Jiftoo did you manage to get this sorted? Have your new account details been added to a previously used BT ID?
