Is there a way to download a whole folder from BT cloud?

I want to download all my files stored on BT cloud and not have to do it one by one. I can’t see a way of doing it in one go. Downloading a whole folder with everything in. Anyone help? Thanks.

Not sure this solves it. I want to download the files onto my computer in one folder.

With me I opened "BT Cloud in my Browser" then ,in turn,go to Photos and Videos,Music,Documents etc.  and in each Folder "Select All" which then gives Option to Download where you wish.Hope this helps.

If you have a Windows or Mac computer, install the desktop client from www.bt.com/cloud/download, after installing re-open it and click the Download button and you can download the whole folder from there regardless of size.
