Loss of data protection due to Norton

Can anyone tell me what's being done to provide  protection lost due to move from MacAfee to Norton. I have an android tablet as one of my devices and it works on 7.1.1. It cannot be updated to a new version liked by Norton.

There does not seem to be any mention of not covering anymore

Try going to play store and get something like free AVG
