I still struggle to download the new Norton package. I have now deleted the McAfee software so thanks to the gent that helped with this.
When I try to install Norton, I get a message saying the 'NortonNSDownloader.exe does not download. Norton suggest using their re-install tool but this also fails because 'NRnR(1).exe ''can't be downloaded securely''.
I have tried a few times now and the same message comes up showing an error code: 9090,Ox80070002.
This is all gibberish to me.
Because I do not have a Norton subscription ,I cannot get them interested in helping me. Frankly, I feel BT should be sorting this out with Norton. Everything was working fine before!
