There is no Switch to Norton shown when I access BT Security. Is there an Idiots guide to doing this. I tried twice going to Security and Virus Protect and clicked Manage then download which seemed to happen and when it said uninstall McAfee and I clicked on it, it then just showed circle going round and round and stuck on this for an hour til I gave up and restarted the laptop. Got the same result the second time so gave up. I am a technophobe but had no difficulty installing MacAfee when I bought my new laptop. Tried the chat line which was no help just saying restart the laptop then they ended the chat.
