Anyone else having issues running speed test on the app gets to 31% and then says problem, repeating  several times it goes to troubleshooting page.

The speed tester on the BT app is not working. 

Use a third party speed test such as Ookla Speed Test.

I did try them and my speeds are erratic on a 500mb package anything from 14mb to 450mb depending on the server. The same server after a few refresh gives 400+ speed 🥴🥴

Just wanted to see what app was showing as that's what BT check against speed guarantee.

How do we stand with the speed guarantee and unable to run speed tests?

On ookla am get wild fluctations seconds apart to different servers.
