Viewing bills on the app (iOS)

In the past 2-3 months, the app on iPhone has requested repeated login to view bills after opening the app. Is this an additional security feature - seems over the top if I have already logged into the app using Face ID. Anyone else noticed this problem?

This is happening to me as well, not just the billing section but also managing my Block list, I thought it was my error so used the password reset option, which then changed my email logins and caused more inconvenience, it wouldn’t be so bad if the iPad auto completed the fields, but it doesn’t, I’ve tried calling BT but there are long waiting times , seeing your post at least I know it’s not me.

I even tried removing 2FA, but that hasn’t solved the repeated need to log in again.

It seems to me to be a pointless feature on the app.
