<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
What is going on with BT? They want us all to use their Broadband services but they can’t even fix their own My BT app! A very poor excuse of an IT company!
You’re absolutely correct for almost 5 weeks I have been onto BT to fix this as I have to ring billing to check my usage for international calls. I get a message saying getting authorisation token please wait. And keep getting logged out so I have to keep resetting the codes. Never used to be like this.
