When I try to view Call Diversion under the Digital Voice section of the My BT app it has the page header Call Diversion but displays the Call Protect details. The other sections Voice Mail etc display ok.
i’ve logged out and back in, removed and reinstalled the App but still the same problem.
I’m using app version 8.41.0 on a iPad running iPadOS 17.0.1
How do I set up call diversion with DV if I can’t access it through the app.

thanks, unfortunately I don't have a DV handset.
I have FTTC so removed the extension wiring from the NTE and wired it via a plug to the green socket on SH2.
I looked at My Products on the My BT website but do't see Call Diversion there. I did find I can use the *21* method with a phone using the green SH2 socket. I thought using the app I would be able to set up Call Diversion remotely?
There still seems to be an issue with the My BT app not displayed Call Diversion correctly.

Yes, I've just tried using the MyBT app and it incorrectly goes to call protect instead of call diversion. I will flag it to the mods for attention.

Same problem here. App worked after transfer to FTTP 18 months ago , tried today no way was it going to work
