Xbox Game Pass

On the web browser and BT app, when I select ‘Your Products’, I get this error message 'sorry we can't get your account details at the moment'. I need to access this to add the Xbox game pass to my account. I’ve tried resetting my BT ID and I’ve telephoned the customer support line but they couldn’t help.

I am sorry for the error message you're seeing when you're trying to view your products on your BTID.  I appreciate the time you have taken calling our guides in the helpdesk to try and resolve this.
