My BT app

I have been using the My BT app to name and group all the connected devices in our house, so that I can schedule when the WiFi cuts off for the children. 

The process to find, name and group every device in the house is incredibly labourious, but useful. Recently though the app keeps resetting so the labels go back to being 'unknown device' and the groups are deleted, so the parental controls are rendered obselete. 

Is anyone else having problems with this and does anyone know if there is a solution?

Are you sure that it is the app that is resetting and not one of your children carrying out a factory reset of the BT hub which would remove all the parental control settings?

Ah that would make sense, as I keep finding that the phones are de-registered from the hub too. This is extremely helpful, thank you.
