Trying to access my btapp - keep getting error message of 'Something went wrong' I can log into the account on the website no problem- my wife is able to access mybt app on her phone no problem... I have Samsung S23

Yes thanks- I've tried install uninstall multiple times. Strangely, I could still access the app on my old phone until yesterday when it required an update. After this, it took me to the log in screen again and I got the same error message. I've never been successful in logging in on my new phone. The password is definitely correct as it throws up incorrect password if I type something different in... really frustrating!
