My bt app , after logging in just goes to a white screen for two days now , I have an iPhone , anyone else getting these problems ??

I've not noticed this problem with my Android phone, have you tried deleting and re-installing the app, it might be out of date and having issues. That would be my first point of action when things like this happen.

Cool, I hope the problem is now sorted, it relies heavily on wifi or 4g/5g to work, so if they are not working either, it will just freeze the app.

Mine is now in an endless log in loop. I can’t log in at all.
FYI, the app has been buggy for at least 2 months, but now seems to be completely broken. Fortunately the web page still works, so I’d suggest using that until BT get their act together. I strongly advise not to hold your breath.
