I'm trying after logging in to my BT with my BT ID and password to download the new BT Virus protect and after clicking the manage button I get this.....
The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
Can anyone help please??

Thanks, I have found that my BT id which is a name needs to be changed to my email address, so I tried updating this but it said the email was already in use...Anyway manged to do it under my account but now they say they need to send me pin to verify I'm the account holder by letter..why not email?? so at the moment I cannot manage anything other that check my latest bill..Absurd!!
