New Norton Security

Hi All,

I've just changed my BT security from McAfee to Norton.  All done successfully on laptop and on mine and my husband's mobiles. When I've tried to update on both our tablets, it's welcoming us to McAfee instead of Norton!!

Anyone else had this issue, any advice greatly received.

TIA

Re: New Norton Security

Can anyone offer any advice on why straight forward to change mobiles and laptop but not 2 different tablets please. The link just takes you to play store and once you open the app, McAfee starts to load.

Thanks

Re: New Norton Security

It could be depending on what operating system they are using and/or how many licences your broadband package gives you.

See link about Operating Systems.

Re: New Norton Security

Hi

Thanks for the reply.

I am allowed 15 on my account and have only used 3 so far.

I've just checked our tablets, mine is Android 6.01 and my husband is Android 5.1.1.

I didn't have any problems with BT and McAfee so what are my options now for our tablets as surely we won't have any security set up on those then...Any advice please.

TIA

Re: New Norton Security

Then just use the free McAfee Anti Virus on the tablets or one of the many other free AVs.
